How To Use

1. Apply after cleansing
2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads
3. Pat gently into skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with it.
4. Alternatively, you can soak cotton pads in the toner and place them onto the skin for 5-10 minutes.
