Well this new hypoallergenic toner is fragrance-free due to the exclusion of essential oils and alcohol-free (the original one contained some plant alcohol), which makes it the perfect gentle, hydrating and brightening toner for those with sensitive skin.

This anti-aging, brightening and hydrating toner made with hyaluronic acid - the perfect ingredient to lock in and deliver deep, long-lasting moisture. Formulated with 99% natural ingredients, the main one being Fermented Black Rice Extract which are filled with skin-protecting antioxidants and also work to brighten the skin. Ultra Deep Technology is used to ensure the ingredients can deeply penetrate into the skin. Free from any harmful chemicals, this toner is vegan-friendly and cruelty free

How To Use

1. Apply after cleansing
2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads
3. Pat gently into skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with it.
